[LEGAL ENTITY] and
[JURISDICTION], and confirm the subscription tiers match what you configure
in App Store Connect.By downloading or using ScamSavvy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What ScamSavvy is — and is not
ScamSavvy provides a risk assessment, not a guarantee. It looks for patterns commonly used in scams and tells you what it found. It cannot know with certainty whether any particular message is fraudulent.
- A low-risk result means we did not find known scam patterns. It does not mean the message is safe or genuine.
- A high-risk result means the message resembles known scam patterns. It does not prove that anyone intended to defraud you.
- ScamSavvy is not legal, financial or security advice. Decisions about your money, your accounts and your data remain yours.
If you are unsure about a message, contact the company it claims to be from using its official channel — never a phone number or link taken from the message itself.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use ScamSavvy on devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s App Store terms. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its pattern catalogues.
Subscriptions
- ScamSavvy offers auto-renewing subscriptions and, where shown, a one-time purchase. Current prices and durations are displayed in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings on your device, under your Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy; we cannot issue them directly.
Third-party names
ScamSavvy references company names and their official web addresses solely to compare them against links inside the message you are checking. All trademarks belong to their owners. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied.
Acceptable use
Do not use ScamSavvy to build or test fraudulent messages, to evade fraud detection, or in any way that breaks the law where you live.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY] is not liable for
any loss arising from your reliance on a ScamSavvy result, including losses from acting on
a message the app rated low risk or from declining to act on a message it rated high risk.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
